In all the years that I have been a reiki practitioner, I have found that reiki symbols are extremely useful in helping me focus the energy needed for healing work and manifestation. However, it requires concerted positive concentration and a strong steady mind to hold the energy and vibration of each symbol, else any discordant thought forms can sabotage the manifestation process. At the end of the day, it turned out quite to be a hit and miss exercise; I could not achieve a 100% success rate in bringing my desired outcomes to fruition every time.

Rather than holding the symbol in my mind’s eye, I contemplated drawing symbols on the wall. However, the mess created and cleaning up entailed soon put me off the idea. I mused to myself, how wonderful it would be if I had easily available adhesive reiki decals that could be easily put up and taken down. In that way, I can work with different symbols at different
times as required.

Besides reiki symbols, I work a lot with affirmations too to assist in re-programming the subconscious
mind and instilling a positive mindset.
