The Physical Body
This is the body we are most familiar of, this body helps us to physically interact, communicate with the outer world and peoples.
The physical ailments, disease usually caused by discordant energies & blockages, any imbalance of mental and emotional bodies will be causing problem to our physical body.
In order to keep the physical body healthy and balance, we should always keep our mind clear and centered from all sort of negative thought forms and sub-conscious programming. Once we are feeding less discordant energies from the mind to emotional body, the emotional body will not easily affecting the ehteric and physical body.
Once we have stop feeding negative energies to physical body, we are more easy to recover from varies ailments and illness.
Of cause, the proper caring and balance of physical diet is important, enough of physical exercise, practicing a healing skills like qi-gong or reiki will help to let the energy flow much smoothly in the body.
And, what are the things can causing us less exercise, diet issues?
The mental body, the sub-conscious mind, the past lives programs, the negative ego.
