Recently, I stumbled upon a brand of essential oils called Young Living from the United States. Innately drawn to the oils, I enlisted the help of my High Self to ascertain the value in buying the Young Living essential oils. To my amazement, High Self indicated a value of 100%. After receiving the oils, I read the booklet that came with the package, containing very detailed instructions on how to use and gain the most benefit from the oils. I too, noticed that Young Living oils are of a 100% therapeutic grade. Having used essential oils for many years, I must say that not many brands out there can label their product as 100% therapeutic grade. Essentially, an oil of this premium grade means that it is so potent and pure that it is fit for human consumption. What's more, oils of this grade usually cost and arm and a leg. However, what I bought from their website only cost from 10 to 50 USD dollars each.

After a short while, I experienced a strong tingly sensation on my crown chakra region. Clairsentiently, I felt the plant elementals working on my etheric body and infusing it with the spirit of abundance.

Amazingly enough, it felt as if the oil was chockful of high vibrational beings that went to work on me on all levels. In addition to its aroma, I could feel the oil working on me energetically; this makes the oil very good for use during meditation too.

During the long break I recently took in Japan, I took the chance to review the role Spiritual Response Therapy has played in my life thus far. I reflected upon how system has helped me improve spiritually and psychologically on earth school, having practised SRT the past seven years.

In terms of my spiritual growth, it blew my mind how I had now access to an unlimited amount of information from my High Self Members, high level spirits and Ascended Masters. The keys to reviewing my current incarnation, past incarnations and even parallel incarnations were now available to me, with my sub-conscious mind acting as the gateway.

It now begs the question - how does having this spiritual information help me in terms of my psychology and mental well being? Truth to be told, I did hit a stone wall and stagnated in my growth for the first couple of years. I only saw life through the limited lens of spirituality and neglected other aspects of myself. In other words, I was weak in terms of psychological and earthly matters. These ran the gamut from relationship, financial to abundance issues.


After a while, I realised that I was falling into the same pit holes on the psychological and earthly levels even after clearing the discordant programming in my mind and soul. I hadn't realised that I needed to expand my horizon even further and take the initiative to create a positive programming to replace the old one that had been cleared. That was why the same old memory constantly replayed itself in my sub-conscious mind since there was no new positive programming actively running.


In other words, I had been happily clearing programmes but not reviewing the precious information and taking full advantage of the clearing done by Spirit. Sounds a bit confusing? Let me illustrate my point using the following analogy. I am driving a car but have no information as to where I am headed. There is a junction in front of me, I take a left turn and ahead is a giant pot hole on the road which I inadvertently drive through. I hit my tyre rims and suspension, so the consequences is that I have to send my car for repair. After all the hassle of repairing my car, I encounter that same junction again and drive into the same pot hole! This goes to show that I did not fully learn my lesson.

I actually have two options in this instance - if I allow my sub-conscious mind drive me, I will end up taking the same road and hit the pot hole again. Or, if I make a conscious choice and take advantage of my past experiences and memory to guide me in making a better option, I would have been able to choose an alternate route and hence avoid driving into the pot hole.

Of course, we will never know exactly what is in store for us in the new path we choose. But at the very least, I have allowed myself to actively review my awaken sub-conscious memory to guide me for the journey ahead. That’s one of the best gifts I have received from SRT.

When I allow myself to grow with the tools, I am getting wiser psychologically and mentally because I honour the information and clearing done by Spirit. By transforming knowledge into awareness and wisdom, I am coming to an ever increasing awareness and realisation of myself and life on earth. If I continuously clear discordant programming and consciously choose to create positive programming and put it into active use, I now have the earthly wisdom to run my life better with abundance consciousness.

In other words, the more positive programming there is in my mind, the better I can live my life on earth. Hence, if wisdom is gleaned through the journey of life, SRT is the tool to assist and guide us in our journey by establishing clearing and reviewing information. How well we can wield the tool is entirely based on our current level of consciosuness.

The more discordant programming there is, the more we end up moving around in circles. The more positive programming we introduce into our life, we move on a spiral upwards!
